Meet Our Founder
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Kenneth Marmon, founder of Caribbean Vida, has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals. In 2017, he expanded his expertise to the Mexican Caribbean, where he specializes in representing buyers and sellers, as well as managing over 50 vacation rental properties. Kenneth's areas of expertise include luxury estate sales, investment properties, and vacation rentals. He can guide you through the process of purchasing a property in Mexico and offer you a hands-off approach to managing your vacation rental.
Beyond his successful real estate and vacation rental business, Kenneth is a dedicated full-time single parent. He adopted his daughter at just 6 months old, and he remains passionate about supporting children in foster care. He has pledged to donate 10% of his net commissions in Mexico to "Casa Hogar Alegría" as a way of giving back to the community.
